All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Introductory Reduced Rate
Certain care plans may be offered at a reduced hourly rate for the first month of service. After this period, the hourly rate automatically returns to the standard posted rate in effect at that time. Bundled care savings (e.g., Complete Care) remain in effect unless otherwise revised and communicated.

Base Rate & Add-On Services
Personal Care represents the foundational hourly rate (Essential Care). Additional services, including Medication Management, Household Support, and Companionship, are available as add-ons at $5.00 per hour per service. Specialized Care services are priced separately (Advanced Care). Where services are included within a bundled care plan (Complete Care), the bundled hourly rate applies.

24-Hour & Overnight Care
‍Overnight services are custom-priced based on coverage needs. Night-shift hours include a $5/hour premium. Daytime hours follow standard pricing.

Statutory Holidays
‍Services provided on Ontario statutory holidays may be subject to applicable premium rates. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance and reflected on the invoice.

Taxes & Payment Processing
Applicable taxes (including HST, where required) will be applied in accordance with federal and provincial regulations. Credit card payments may be subject to third-party processing fees, disclosed before payment confirmation.

Travel & Mileage
Caregivers are not paid extra for commuting to the client’s home, and there is no charge to the client for this commute, except when a caregiver uses their personal vehicle as part of providing the service, in which case mileage is billed at $0.50 per kilometre

Annual Rate Adjustments
Service rates are reviewed annually to maintain fairness and sustainability for both the Caregiver and the Client. Rates may increase by 3–5% to reflect actual increases in the cost of living and professional care delivery. Clients will receive 30 days advance written notice of any rate change.

Cancellation
A one‑week refundable deposit is required to secure care services. When at least seven (7) days written notice is provided prior to ending service, the deposit is returned in full. If less than seven (7) days written notice is provided, the deposit will be applied toward the outstanding service period and will not be refunded.
